Often referred to as the 'Apple Mango' due to its near-perfect round shape, it is a localized favorite known for its pleasant taste, high juice content, and decorative appearance. Physically, Rumani is easily identified by its shape: it is remarkably round, resembling an apple or a large plum, rather than the traditional oval mango shape. It is a small to medium-sized fruit, typically weighing between 200 and 300 grams. The skin is smooth, thin, and ripens to a light greenish-yellow with a beautiful pinkish blush. The flavor profile is sweet and mild with a refreshing, watery juiciness. The pulp is a light yellow-orange and contains a minimal amount of fine fiber.
